-Deposit of $300 is mandatory ( $150 will be returned the night of once all rules in contract isn't broken)
- We rent By the hour for small Events and use of facility; $85 per hour (events 5hours or less only)
-Place must be put back in order at 12 am sharp
-Music must Low Down at 11pm and renter begin cleaning
-We provide a hour and half prior to your event for set up.
-Renter must clean up after themselves and pay a security deposit of up to $300; not including the down payment.
-All foil pans must be bent; Boxes broken down.
-Place must be Left in the condition you met it.
-We Can Provide Decor for an Additional Fee; Inquire within.
