- We rent bythe hour for small Events or use of facility; $85 per hour (events 4 or less only) including cleaning and set up time
-Place must be put back in order at 12 am sharp
-Music must Low Down at 11:30 pm and renter begin cleaning
-We provide 2 hours and half prior to your event for set up.
-Renter must clean up after themselves and pay a security deposit of up to $300; on entry. Once all rules are followed the deposit will be refunded.
-All foil pans must be bent; Boxes broken down.
-Place must be Left in the condition you met it.
-We Can Provide Decor for an Additional Fee; Inquire within.
